Vision:
[
To mould the
individual students into icons of society by constantly providing them
with the required inputs and information on employment opportunities and
helping to transform them into full fledged personalities with self
confidence.

Objectives:

To bring
awareness among the PG and UG students about their career and placements
by organizing seminars, lectures and mock
interviews.
[
To develop
positive attitude and proper career planning among the students by
providing placement/career information through circulars and by displaying
the information on the notice boards.
[
To develop
creative and innovative thinking in the PG students by organizing events
like Market makers, Young managers, Group discussions, Debates,
Elocutions, Quizzes etc. to motivate students to enroll themselves in
various recruitment agencies.

To provide placements to out-going
students of UG & PG Programmes by organizing campus interviews and by
sending the students to some new organizations.
[
To provide
information relating Job opportunities available in private and public
sector undertakings (we are maintaining our own records besides self
employment awareness Programmes with the help of District Industries
Center-DIC and Jana Shikshana Sansthan).
ACTIVITIES
[
Training the students in soft
skills by organizing communication and personality development programmes
by experts in the field.
[
Conducting mock interviews with the
help of faculty from PG Departments and people from industry to make the
students confident of facing interviews (campus and
outside).
[
Collecting 5 copies of CV’s from
each student to send to the organizations for
placements.
[
Offering individual counseling to
the students.
[
Daily News
paper clippings like Opportunities, Career Guidelines, Education Plus etc.
are displayed in the notice board.
[
Preparing work shops on Preparation
of resumes, use of E-mail, Global Education, Job Markets, Campus
Recruitment and Training.
[
Interactive
sessions with students conducted on the following examinations of higher
studies.
