The Department was started in 1955. Now the Department is headed by

M.P.Es.,.

STAFF:
- Mr. M. Issac B.A..D.P.Ed., --- He was the founder physical Director
of our college appointed in 1957-58. He was the student of "Jawahar
Bharathi" college, Kavali and the had represented his college in
Foot-ball and Volley-Ball . He had been selected for Venkateswara
University in Foot-Ball. He worked in our college 08-06-1960.
- Mr.K.R.S. Paul B.A.D.P.Ed. --- He was the old student of our college
in 1956-58 and he was appointed as physical Director on 26-07-1860 up to
07-06-1968.
- Mr. M.Sambasiva Rao B.A. M.P.Ed., N.I.S. --- He is the old student
of our college during 1954-59. He was appointed as Physical Director on
29-06-1962. He was promoted as senior Physical Director in 1968. He did
his N.I.S. in the same year in N.S. N.I.S. Patiala. He did his M.P.Ed.,
in 1973-74 in Y.M.C.A. Madras. He is retired on 31.07.1996.
- Mr. P.Sreeramulu B.A.D.P.Ed., --- He is the old student of our
college during 1952-60. He was appointed as Asst., Physical Director on
28.09.1966 and promoted as Physical Director from 1984. He is retired on
30.04.1994.
- Mr. S.Siva prasad B.Com.,B.P.Ed., --- He is the old student of our
college during 1970-73. He is appointed on 03-08-1979 as Asst. Physical
Director. He is promoted as Physical Director from 1984 and now working
as Head of the Department.
- Mr. M.Rama Rao B.A., M.P.Ed., --- He is the old student of our
college during 1979-82. He was appointed as Asst., Physical Director in
1977 and left the college in 1978. ( Un-aided post)
- Mr. Ch. Subba Rao M.Com., M.P.Ed., --- He is the old student of our
college during 1980-83. He is appointed on 16-09-1995 as Asst., Physical
Director ( Un-aided post)
- Mr. P. Nanchara Rao M.A., B.P.Ed., --- He is the old student of our
college during 1980-83. He is appointed on 16-09-1995 as Asst., Physical
Director (Un-aided post)
- Mr. P. Raghu B.Sc., M.P.E.S. --- He is
appointed as Asst. Physical Director on 01-08-1996 (Un-aided post). At
present he is working Asst. Physical Director in VRS & YRN College of Eng. &
Tech. Chirala - 523 157
